DOVER, DE, January 3, 2017 – In its 4th consecutive financial audit, the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility has once again received a clean financial audit opinion. In the report, Whisman Giordano & Associates states:
“In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Sustainable Energy Utility, Inc. DBA Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility as of June 30, 2016 and 2015, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America”
The audit covers the July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016 fiscal year, and was performed by Whisman Giordano & Associates. It was approved by the DESEU Oversight Board of Directors at their most recent meeting.
