Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control | Principal Planner – Energy Programs: The Delaware State Energy Office seeks a highly motivated and experienced leader for its Energy Programs team.  The Principal Planner for Energy Programs is responsible for developing and managing energy efficiency, green energy, and weatherization assistance programs in the State Energy Office. The position is supervisory and will serve as a subject matter expert for various aspects of energy programs.  The selected candidate may serve on statewide, regional, and national committees and workgroups. The position will also manage a budget and apply for and manage federal grants for priority activities.   Applications are due by December 18.
