Green Energy Program
This program—which offers businesses and organizations grants to offset the installed cost of photovoltaic, solar water heating, wind and geothermal renewable energy technologies—is only for customers of Delmarva Power, Delaware Electric Cooperative and Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation.
