Energize Delaware’s Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program takes a whole-house approach to improving your home’s comfort, energy efficiency, durability and safety.
To participate in the program, you must receive a Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® assessment conducted by a program-approved contractor or Energy Advisor. After your assessment is complete, your contractor will recommend a variety of energy efficiency improvements for your home that may qualify for significant rebates.
