*Please Note: Energy Assessment Reports are valid for 5 years. After this 5-year period, a new assessment is required to qualify participants for additional program incentives. This requirement is due to the changes that occur within a home over time – these changes are not always visible without a professional evaluation of the home. The participant is responsible for the full assessment fee at market rate. The Energize Delaware team can assist you in coordinating this 2nd assessment with one of our participating Energy Auditors to ensure these services are offered at a reasonable fee.
