Delaware SREC Procurement Program TO OPEN November 3rd, 2025

The Delaware Procurement of Solar Renewable Energy Credits will commence on November 3rd, 2025 and accept applications through November 14th, 2025

The 2025 Procurement will be managed by InClime, Inc. on behalf of the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility (DESEU) DBA Energize Delaware and Delmarva Power and Light. All information regarding the Procurement will be available at www.SRECDelaware.com. All bids will be entered online at this site.

Any existing or prospective solar owner can enter a bid into the Procurement using the online application at www.SRECDelaware.com. Applications can be submitted by homeowners or by the solar company that installed the system. Please ask your solar installer whether submitting an SREC Delaware application is included in your application costs. Solar owners should contact their solar installer or visit the www.SRECDelaware.com website for more information.

The SREC Delaware staff will be hosting an instructional webinar for the Delaware SREC Procurement Program. This webinar will go through the application process step by step and allow potential applicants to ask any questions they may have. Participants can register for the webinar www.SRECDelaware.com. The webinar will also be recorded and available online.
