Energize Delaware’s Solar for Nonprofits has been busy awarding local libraries solar panel arrays. Selbyville Public Library installed a 171 kW system that will help bring clean energy to the community.
Supported by a $423,000 grant from our organization, this project represents an important investment in renewable energy and the long-term sustainability of a valued community resource. Public libraries aren’t just books, they provide access to information, education, technology, and essential resources.
