Home Performance with Energy Star®
Contractor Portal
Contractors in this Program use a whole-house approach to improve comfort, efficiency, durability, and safety.
Instead of fixing isolated issues like drafty windows or inefficient HVAC systems, they assess how upgrades across the home work together to enhance comfort, cut energy use, and save money. If you have any questions, contact DelawareHP@FranklinEnergy.com
